SYNOPSIS

American banker Peter Roberts travels to a Balkan kingdom in order to establish more firmly its financial status, and in the process he befriends the crown prince, who, he feels, should be getting married. Roberts attempts to facilitate a match by taking the prince to an apache cafe, and there they find the perfect girl, Gaby. The prince becomes enamored of her, and after some maneuvering, the girl is made a duchess so that she may be in the proper class for marrying a crown ... +
