SYNOPSIS

When he learns of her love affair with British officer Captain Delmar, Rajah Selim kills his harem favorite, Tara. Twenty years later, Delmar has returned to India with his daughter Dorothy, and so Selim, still angered over the loss of Tara to the Englishman, sees a chance for complete revenge. He kidnaps both Delmar and Dorothy, planning to make the latter his wife and throw the former to the lions. Just before the forced marriage, however, Lieutenant Grey, who has accompanied the Delmars to India and who is engaged to Dorothty, enlists the aid of Soma, the current favorite of Selim's harem.
