SYNOPSIS

Montgomery Seaton, one of the idle rich, pays more attention to his friends' business than to his marital situation. One of his sweethearts is Mrs. Hammond, who, when she was young, committed an indiscretion with a married man and became pregnant. After Mr. Hammond discovers a letter which leads him to suspect that his wife is unfaithful and that Seaton is the culprit, he tries to shoot Seaton but superficially wounds his wife instead. Finally, when an equally jealous Mrs. Seaton arrives, Mrs. Hammond admits her sordid past and thus everyone's domestic problems are ... +
