SYNOPSIS

Accompanied by Australian adventurer Henry Sayres and Tuan Yuck, roving newspaper reporter Bruce Chalmers seeks the South Sea island where a fortune in pearls allegedly lingers. They find the pearls in the possession of Leila Denham, who has been shipwrecked on the island since she was a little girl. When Bruce falls in love with Leila, Sayres and Tuan turn on them to obtain the jewels. A series of struggles ensue on land and on ship, in which the treasure changes hands several times.
