SYNOPSIS

Returning to Blood Island via a small cargo boat, Bill Foster meets Myra, a reporter who is investigating several mysterious incidents for a possible story. Informed by the native chief, Ramu, that Don Ramon, the green-blooded monster, is stalking the island, Bill leads Myra and some frightened natives into a decaying mansion where they discover a decomposed corpse chained to the floor and a decapitated head. Later, Myra is kidnaped by Razak and taken to Dr. Lorca's hideout in the Valley of the Red Mist. Hideously disfigured from a struggle with the legendary blood monster, Lorca keeps the monster's severed head and body in his laboratory. In an attempt to purge the monster's brain of evil impulses, Lorca beheads a native and unsuccessfully tries to graft the body onto the monster's head. Meanwhile, coming to Myra's rescue, Bill and the natives attack Lorca's hideout. During the melee, the body of the monster, guided by the head, murders Lorca and demolishes the laboratory before being gunned down by the invaders. With Lorca's domain in flames, Bill, Myra, and the natives leave, taking with them the head of the blood ... +
