When "Wolf" Ainsworth prepares for his spring expedition to the United States to sell furs smuggled in British Columbia, his daughter Delight begs to go along. In the city, Delight falls in love with Robert Draly, recently jilted by his sweetheart for a wealthier man. After Robert discovers that he loves Delight, his father dies and Robert leaves suddenly.
