SYNOPSIS

Gangsters Vince Mallard, Doc Wright, and Joe, searching for a forged document that belonged to an oil geologist they killed, chase the dead man's daughter, Barbara Collins, across the desert in Nevada. While they are chased by the gangsters for several days, Bob kills Doc and saves Barbara when she is temporarily recaptured by Joe. Leaving Barbara alone on the trail, Bob doubles back and rigs an explosion that kills Vince. Barbara becomes lost, stumbles upon Joe, who has been driven insane by the heat, but is again rescued by Bob and Bravo. Bob takes Joe to a nearby sheriff's office, where Laslow, Barbara's father's unscrupulous partner, overhears Bob tell a policeman of Barbara's whereabouts.
