Shy, sixteen-year-old, Amorosa High School student Jeannie Davis is frustrated with her boring boyfriend Norm and her virginity. Seeing the school’s overtly promiscuous cheerleaders at the drive-in restaurant, Jeannie fervently wishes to join the team to have sexual encounters of her own. Meanwhile, the squad leads an easy life with the help of organizer Jon, who arranges for them to skip class, pass tests and get drugs. In trade for Jon’s hard work, team captain Claudia has sex with him in his car as it goes through the Beaver Car Wash. At the end of the season, a vacancy arises because a member of the squad is pregnant. Desperate to be chosen for the position, Jeannie seeks advice from cheerleaders Debbie and Bonnie, who advise her to wear a skin-tight T-shirt, no bra and skimpy shorts to the tryouts. Claudia, fearing losing another girl to pregnancy, chooses Jeannie not because of her talent, but in hopes that she will remain a virgin. As part of her initiation, Jeannie is sent to take a shower in the boys’ locker room, but is soon surrounded by dozens of sweaty teenage boys anxious to touch the naked Jeannie, who is finally saved by Norm. Later, Claudia performs a well-rehearsed strip for football coach Pat Gannon, who has sex with the girl while playing with toy football figures. Meanwhile at school, gym teacher Isabel Fields has cheerleader Patty climb the rope after class, so she can peek up the girl’s skirt. Later Patty has sex with one of her classmates while they are both being wiggled by the weight belt machine. Weeks later, despite the fact that all the other cheerleaders are having sex, Jeannie still lacks any experience to seduce a man. While riding the school bus one day, cheerleader Suzie shows Jeannie how to have sex while sitting on top of a boy’s lap, but when Jeannie tries to use the cheerleaders’ sexual innuendos on Norm, he castigates her. Finally, after the other cheerleaders prompt him, Jon promises to have sex with Jeannie. However, Jon has been hired by Novi, the school janitor, to bring the new recruit to his house, where the couple will have sex while Novi watches, but Novi’s water bed bursts, preventing Jeannie from losing her virginity. Later at a miniature golf course, Jeannie and Claudia are instantly attracted to swaggering, young toughs Sal and Vinnie, and arrange to meet them at Claudia’s house, where her mother is having a garden party. After Sal and Vinnie spray-paint all the guests’ cars, Claudia entices Sal into having sex, but before Jeannie can do the same with Vinnie, her father, arriving for the party, spots his daughter in the underbrush and stops her. After a season-long winning streak, the Amorosa football team has one last game to win the conference championship. When Jon learns that because of a betting fix, Amorosa must lose the game, he arranges, on the eve of the match, for the football team to crash the cheerleader’s slumber party, where all the cheerleaders, except Jeannie, exhaust the boys with hours of sex. Claudia, who has been busy having sex with Jeannie’s father, realizes that the team is too exhausted to win and orders her girls into action to save Amorosa from losing. Using the opposing team’s roster, they find each member of the opposing team and wear them out with multiple sex partners. At the game the next day, both teams are equally exhausted by the night’s indulgence and fail to move the ball, except for Paul, one member of the opposing team whom Claudia did not spot on the roster. During half time, the cheerleaders switch a sign leading Paul into an empty locker room, where Jeannie takes it upon herself to wear him out with sex to save Amorosa. At the resumption of the game, the players can barely drag themselves to touchdown. Norm, who has been serving the crowd hotdogs, is called into the game. Still wearing his warmer box around his neck, Norm makes the winning touchdown by accident, running to fill orders for fifty hotdogs at the other end of the field. Later at the car wash, all the cheerleaders crowd into a wagon to have sex with the team’s hero.
